The culture of NDG Baseball is built around individuals buying into a team, and places the team ahead of the individuals at all times.

From the late-1990s until the early 2020s, NDG Baseball’s slogan was « It’s all about the kids », and while that message still rings true, it has evolved.

Our mission is to provide our players with a great experience, teach the hard lessons, and foster an environment that not only builds good players, but more importantly, helps build good people.
